Raj Jain - Executive Director
Mr. Jain has over 16 years of experience in IT management and Private Banking. He held senior executive positions with several fortune 500 companies and recently worked as a Sr. Advisor with Merrill Lynch, USA.  He has extensive experience in managing full software life cycle development, product management and development of strategic customer relationship.

In his current role, he provides the business development, market entry strategies and to lead East Africa business operations. He holds a Master in Science (M.S) in Computer Science and a M.B.A in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, USA.

Sanjay Kanungo - Director, Business Development & Operations
Mr. Kanungo has over twenty years of experience as an IT consultant and executive in developing technology strategies to meet business objectives. His client experience includes work with such companies as Amgen, American Express, Assurant, Citibank and NDCHealth. Prior to co-founding Discoverture, Mr. Kanungo worked as a Senior Consultant and Associate Director for a large IT services company.

His responsibilities include developing business strategy, value propositions and ensuring on a global basis that Discoverture has the right resources and capabilities to deliver its service offerings. His responsibilities also include achieving business growth and profit targets. Mr. Kanungo holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Applications from Regional Engineering College, India. Mr. Kanungo is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional.

Vandana Dhariwal – Director, Human Resources
Mrs Dhariwal comes with 7 years of overall experience in Human Resource management out of which 5+ years in IT staffing industry with strengths in Recruitment, leadership and negotiation skills. She was involved in most of departments like – Finance, Operations, HR and T&D etc., involved in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical assessment of the IT requirements and provided best resources for the same. Industries included Financial, Pharmaceutical & Medical, Software, Logistics etc.  She has good experience in developing strategies and procedure for Team Development, training & Performance Measurement, Relationship Development, Delivery, and Internal Process Management. Mrs Dhariwal holds Bachelors in Engineering and an MBA.

Matthew Mutagamba – Chief Information Officer
Mr. Mutagamba comes with over seven years of technical leadership experience in Information Technology industry. He has served as an Application solutions consultant for ITR in the solutions provider industries. He has also held technical leadership positions in Microsoft, Dell and HP.

He heads the company’s global delivery coordination in ICT. Mr. Mutagamba holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in software engineering from Kingston (UK) and has been certified in a number of fields from global partners like Microsoft, Cisco and Symantec.

Steve Addair – Department head, Insurance Technology
Mr. Addair comes with more than thirty years of experience and success in driving high-level strategic technology initiatives for market leading insurance companies. He has served in the senior Information Technology leadership roles for Fortune 500 Insurance companies including MetLife, Assurant and Atlanta Casualty.

In his current role, he provides strategic and operational business leadership and is responsible for driving the company's global Insurance practice. Mr. Addair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Insurance degree from the University of North Florida.
